  2. Carlos Warter went to the University of Chile School of Medicine from 1964-1970. Later on, he went to the Rotating Four Internship University of Chile from 1970-71. He is the founder and president of the World Health Foundation for Development of Peace.

  3. Carlos Warter MD worked as the Resident Harvard University Children's Hospital (Boston Mass) for a year and Resident Department of Psychiatry and the Mental Health University of Chile for more or less 4 years.

  4. Carlos Warter MD received the United Nations General Assembly Peace Messenger Award in 1987. He is a lecturer, author, psychiatrist, creator, and leader of seminars for the transformation of Consciousness and Self Awareness for Individuals, Groups.

  5. Carlos Warter MD was a Member American Academy Addiction Psychiatry and the American Academy of Pain Management while working as Founder and President of the World Health Foundation for Development of Peace.

  6. Carlos Warter earned the UN PEACE MESSENGER AWARD, THE PAX MUNDI AWARD FROM THE DAG HAMERSJKOLD DIPLOMATIC ACADEMY, THE STAR OF ASIA AWARD, THE KNIGHT GRAND CROSS OF THE SOVEREIGN ORDER OF ST JOHN OF JERUSALEM, and Emeritus Prof at International University of Professional Studies.
