    1. Ms. Dawson’s 3rd Grade Class Welcome Students!

    2. Welcome to 3rd Grade! This is an important year for you! I will give you an introduction to 3rd grade and to our classroom. If you have any questions during my presentation, please raise your hand and wait to be called on.

    3. All About Me My Background I grew up in Pine Creek. I attended Bay Elementary, Bay High, and East College. My Experience I’ve been teaching for 20 years. I have taught 5th and 6th grades, but 3rd is my favorite.

    5. Goals To give you the academic tools you need to progress to 4th grade. To provide a supportive learning environment. To have fun while we learn. To make new friends and discover new interests.

    6. Class Content We will cover all the subjects and topics that our state believes are important for you to learn during 3rd grade.
