Solution 1 - Check the Hard Drive Connection ● As the first step of troubleshooting, check whether the drive’s (USB) cable is connected securely at both end ports. ● If the cable is not properly connected, unplug and reconnect it to fix the connection issues. ● Make sure that you are using the cable that is provided along with the hard drive
