  2. RASGOS IMPORTANTES DE LA PERSONA EMPRENDEDORA El Barómetro del emprendedor de éxito añade a estas cualidades estrella 4 rasgos de personalidad adicionales:

  3. OPTIMISMO: Este rasgo de la personalidad permite a la persona emprendedora juzgar los acontecimientos o las circunstancias en su aspecto más favorable viendo en un problema una oportunidad.

  4. GENEROSIDAD: Rasgo de la personalidad que lleva a considerar que el éxito debe compartirse con el respeto de la sociedad contribuyendo a la creación de riqueza y a la mejora de las condiciones de vida de su comunidad.

  5. HUMILDA: Rasgo psicológico que propicia una actitud autocritica constructiva y de aprendizaje permanente.

  6. EQUILIBRIO: Esta cualidad se relaciona con la fortaleza mental y la resistencia emocional que permitirá a la persona emprendedora mantener la serenidad en situaciones de tensión, dificultad o crisis.
