  1. ESSENTIAL FOODS FOR HEALTHY TEETH Healthy foods lead to healthy teeth. If your food choices are not right and if you consume lots of sugary and acidic items regularly, this can weaken your teeth considerably. Foods and beverages like tea, coffee, candies, chocolates, cakes, wine, whisky, fruit juices, soda etc. can harm your teeth greatly. That’s why you need to be careful about what you eat for a better oral health. Here are some of essential foods for healthy teeth Cheese - Eating cheese regularly can lower the risk of tooth decay. It can increase the pH and saliva in the mouth and saliva help neutralize acid effects of bad foods. Plus, cheese is loaded with calcium and protein Yogurt – Yogurt has calcium and protein which can strength the teeth. It also contains probiotics or good bacteria that can counter bad bacteria and minimize risks of cavities. Leafy Greens – Leafy greens such as spinach and kale are high in vitamins and minerals which promote oral health. the high amount of calcium in it can help build the tooth enamel.
