Grilled Corn on the Cob Ingredients Directions Have The Grill Already Heated And Ready To Go While The Grill Is Heating, Wrap Each Stalk Individually With Two Layers Of Aluminum Foil Gently Place Each Stalk On The Grill, Have Them An Inch Separated Every Two Minutes Turn Each Stalk Over So That It Can Be Fully Cooked Once The Foil Appears To be Crisp, Take One Stalk And Carefully Unwrap It So that It Is Partially Exposed. If It Appears To Be Cooked And Sweet, Then It Is Ready. • 2-3 Corn Stalks • Aluminum Foil (Enough To Wrap Each Stalk Individually)

  6. Chocolate Covered Cherries Ingredients Directions Drain the cherries and pat them completely dry. Put the semisweet chocolate into a heatproof medium bowl. Put the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Do not let the bowl touch the water. Turn off the heat and stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove the bowl from the heat. Line a sheet pan with parchment or waxed paper. Holding the cherry by the stem, dip the bottom half of each cherry in the melted chocolate. Twist the cherry so that the chocolate forms a “tail” at the end. Set the cherry on the parchment paper. Repeat with the remaining cherries. Sprinkle with finely chopped pecans.   7. Cheese Danish Ingredients Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Place the cream cheese and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment and cream them together on low speed until smooth. With the mixer still on low, add the egg yolks, ricotta, vanilla, salt, and lemon zest and mix until just combined. Don't whip! Unfold 1 sheet of puff pastry onto a lightly floured board and roll it slightly with a floured rolling pin until it's a 10 by 10-inch square. Cut the sheet into quarters with a sharp knife. Place a heaping tablespoon of cheese filling into the middle of each of the 4 squares. Brush the border of each pastry with egg wash and fold 2 opposite corners to the center, brushing and overlapping the corners of each pastry so they firmly stick together. Brush the top of the pastries with egg wash. Place the pastries on the prepared sheet pan. Repeat with the second sheet of puff pastry and refrigerate the filled Danish for 15 minutes. Bake the pastries for about 20 minutes, rotating the pan once during baking, until puffed and brown. Serve warm. • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature • 1/3 cup sugar • 2 extra-large egg yolks, at room temperature • 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest (2 lemons) • 2 sheets (1 box) frozen puff pastry defrosted • 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water, for egg wash

Crock Pot Spaghetti Ingredients Directions 1.  Brown ground beef in skillet.  Place in crock pot. 2.  Add all remaining ingredients (except dry spaghetti) and stir together. 3.  Cook on high 4 to 5 hours.  Add dry spaghetti and stir in.  Cook on high for 1 hour more.  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground beefs1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning2 Tablespoons dry onions1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon salt1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms3 cups tomato juice2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce1 (4 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken in   pieces
