    9. FSP = Family Support Panel Blue columns represent the number of referrals made via CAF to the FSP from 2006 – to date. Burgundy columns illustrate how many referring agencies retained the LP role after the Family Support plan was drawn up. 58% of all school referrals to the FSP, retained a school based LP However, this is not particular to schools as the figures for nurseries (57%) and Health Visitors (61%) also reflect this trend.     13. eCAF Progress System went live 22/09/08 (9 months to deploy) 1st Children’s Services IT system to go across the entire workforce 312 staff from across Westminster Children’s Workforce have completed eCAF training (in just over 2 ½ months) 77 service areas now generating/ accepting referrals via eCAF (including Assessment & Duty, EPS, EWS, Marlborough Family Service, all 5 Family Support Panels, Health Visiting Service, 29 WCC schools, Family Recovery Project, 17 Connexions PA functions, Housing, Rainbow, KIDS, Befriend a Family) 79 CAFs submitted online (877 paper CAFs)
