Estadual nº 30.595/89 EXEMPLO: Pedro Alvares Cabral 1- Vencimento bruto, excluindo-se salário-família, salário esposa, serviço extraordinário, GTCN, 13º e o próprio transporte: 2549,80- bruto (mês dez/2011) X 6% ___________ 152,98 – Maximo que se pode gastar sem retorno, se gastar mais que esse valor vai receber a diferença 2- Freqüência Transporte mês 12 (dezembro)– p/ pagamento – Mas a freqüência é do mês 11 (novembro) Diária: 02 ônibus 3,00 --- 6,00 02 metrôs 2,90 --- 5,80 Total: 11,80(diária na cidade de S.Paulo) Situação : Pedrão trabalhou 18 dias 11,80 diária X 18 dias ____________ 212,40 Pedrão gastou 152,98 deveria ter gasto apenas ________ 59,42 a receber O Servidor só fará jus ao seu percebimento, quando 6% do seu salário bruto for inferior ao valor do auxilio transporte calculado sobre dias trabalhados
