  5. Financial Obligations • Listed on your envelope • CANNOT get cap & gown, graduation or prom tickets • See Ms. Winters in main office

  6. Caps & Gowns • If you have not ordered yet, you must contact Jostens • Pick up in AO Monday before school or at lunch • Jostens.com • or • 586-781-5618

  8. Graduation Tickets • 6 tickets per family • SENIORS can pick up after meeting in ECC • Lottery for 1 extra ticket if they are available • Lottery forms due by Monday, more info via Remind

  9. Graduation Tickets • Ticket lottery forms should be given to Mrs. Versele ONLY • Extra tickets should be given to Mrs. Versele so they can redistributed

  10. Handicapped Seating • Swap tickets for handicap on Monday before school • 1 handicap & 1 person to assist them • Handicap parking in lot 16- MUST HAVE TAG • Drop off is allowed • No wheelchairs provided

  11. Yard Signs • If you ordered, seniors will pick up with graduation tickets • Extras available for $20

  12. Senior Honors Night • By invitation: turn in scholarship forms you received in the mail • Seniors: wear cap & gown

  13. Prom • Wednesday, June 5th • 6:30-11:00 at Palazzo Grande • Students may not enter after 7:15 or leave before 10:00 • Tobacco & alcohol free • Rules & ticket info inside packet

  14. Graduation Practice • June 3rd • Oakland University O’Rena • 8:15 a.m., lasts one hour • More instructions will be sent in a Remind text • Do not wear cap & gown

  15. Graduation Practice • STUDENTS WHO DO NOT ATTEND GRADUATION PRACTICE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO WALK AT GRADUATION!

  16. Graduation • Saturday, June 8th • 3:30 p.m. • Oakland University O’Rena

  17. Graduation • Seniors: • * arrive at 2:30pm • * DO NOT bring purses, • cameras, phones • * Wear cap & gown • * Appropriate attire: Shirt • & tie, dresses, etc. No • flip flops, jeans.

  18. Graduation • Seniors: go to line up areas. ONLY SENIORS ALLOWED IN THIS AREA. • Guests: • *Use main entrance • * Doors open 1 hour prior • *LIMITED handicapseating • *Each guest needs a ticket

  19. Graduation Out of respect, please no air horns, and noise makers. We ask guests not to cheer as their graduates cross the stage so that all names can be heard.

  20. Graduation • You MAY bring flowers (available for purchase) • Strollers are NOT allowed • You MAY NOT bring balloons or signs

  21. No Such Thing as • “Just Walking” • Students who walk across the stage are graduates. • We do not allow students to walk who have not earned the required 22 credits to earn a diploma.

  22. Credit Review • Students who lose credit in a class they needed to earn 22 credits will not graduate • NO SUCH THING AS SENIOR SKIP DAY. Absences not called in are unexcused.

  23. Student Conduct • Students who disrupt the school day could lose their privilege to participate in prom and graduation

  24. Student Conduct • If you use poor judgment, even if a prank is small, you will risk participation in prom and graduation • This includes running in the hallways and chanting

  25. Senior Meeting Attendance Forms • Must be signed by student and parent tonight • SENIORS will bring this form when they pick up cap & gown at conclusion of the meeting

  26. Senior All Night Party • Information available in the lobby after meeting
