  2. Jack Nichols • Jack focuses on administrative law, civil litigation, and public service. Since entering private practice, he has represented clients before numerous regulatory bodies, in addition to representing occupational licensing boards. Jack represents several nonprofit clients in the state and is also a frequent presenter at CLE programs, including programs involving nonprofits. Jack has served on a number of nonprofit boards including the WakeMed Board of Directors.

  3. Anna Baird Choi • Anna’s primary focus is occupational and professional licensing. She advises occupational licensing boards on all matters including professional licensing, minimum qualifications, rulemaking, disciplinary actions, and employment issues. Additionally, she represents individuals and businesses before other N.C. licensing boards and agencies. Anna is the former Chair for the Administrative Law Section of the N.C. Bar Association and remains involved in many aspects of administrative/regulatory law; she is a regular speaker at administrative law CLEs.

  4. Catherine Lee • Catherine’s legal practice focuses on employment law, administrative law, civil litigation, and contract disputes, with an emphasis on matters involving state occupational/professional licensing boards and public employment. Catherine has represented a variety of businesses in North Carolina and advises clients on the full spectrum of employment related matters.

  5. Grant Simpkins • Grant focuses primarily on administrative law with an emphasis on occupational and professional licensing. He represents individuals as well as several North Carolina occupational licensing boards. Grant also assists in employment and nonprofit related matters. He currently serves on a nonprofit board in Raleigh and is on the North Carolina Bar Association Administrative Law Council.
