  4. Award winners Adrian Gardner Chemistry Andrew Hendry Award “Adrian Gardner has a highly-impressive list and range of publications, demonstrating his skills across experimental and theoretical spectroscopy of metal complexes and substituted benzenes; he has presented a number of high-quality talks and posters, and is also very amenable in helping fellow students and project students; he is also very active in the Postgraduate Forum; in summary, he is an all-round “good guy”, but probably needs to work harder on his badminton skills.” Prof Tim Wright Endowed awards 2011/12
  5. Award winners Alex Kolassa Humanities Heymann Award “Creatively imaginative, musically ambitious, technically sensitive towards instrumentalists, reassuringly certain of his compositional intentions - Alex is an inspiring student.” Dr Nicholas Sackman Endowed awards 2011/12
