  2. Step - 01 Open the file that you need to print.

  3. Step - 02 If you do not wish to print the whole page then mark the text that you want to print by using the cursor.

  4. Step - 03 Once the required text has been highlighted, you can go to the “file” option above and go on print which will take you to the print window where you can select various options. On a mac computer, you will find a print sign on the top of the windows. You have to select the printer icon to open the print window.

  5. Step - 04 In the “print windows” you will find several options such as “scaling”, “size”, “layout”, “paper”, “number of copies”, “page range”, “preview” etc. Here you shall be able to select the number of copies you need, the size of the prints and the pages that you actually need to print.

  6. Step - 05 After setting in all the required settings, you can even see the preview of your print.

  7. Step - 06 Once you have seen the print preview, and feel that it is okay, you can give the print command. Thus, you can print easily in just these few simple steps.
