  4. Salary • $64,690 per year • $31.10 per hour

  5. Attributes and Abilities • Nurses need emotional strength • Communication skills, need to be able to speck clearly and understand what the patients are saying • Management skills: responsible • Thinking skills • Physical fitness

  7. Duties of a Neonatology Nurse • They take care of new born babies • They need to be able to tell the babies apart • Need to change the babies diaper • Make sure they stay clean
