  2. Our Mission The Psychology Society invites the public to discuss all matters relating to the field of psychology through our meetings, events, and networks. We aim to deliver useful information and resources for reflection, career, and daily life. We encourage communication and collaboration among students, the curious, professors, and professionals. We strive to increase exposure to psychology while demystifying and humanizing the field.

  3. What We Do • With our open events, meetings, and membership, we seek to improve the lives and education of the whole community through practical, applicable guidance • We distribute resources from Counseling and Psychological Services, Active Minds, Psi Chi (Psychology Honors Society), the university’s psychology department, and the media

  4. Some of Our Events • Question & Answer Series: connects professors and professionals with students • Controversial Issues Discussions: mediated explorations of topics at issue • Art, Music, and Movement Therapies: introducing activities for improved mental health

  5. Our Expenses • To increase our outreach, we’re printing shirts, and making flyers, posters and other promotional materials • We are renting rooms and obtaining movie licenses for psychological movies and documentaries • Our school cannot refund what we have already spent

  6. Thank you so much for your time and consideration!
