WERZB TimelineRemaining Tasks • Final report available on website October 15 • The Commission’s Executive Secretary has the following tasks: • post the report in the U-15899 docket • serve a copy of the report on all electric utilities, affiliated transmission companies, and independent transmission companies with transmission facilities within or adjacent to regions of this state identified in the board’s report • Electric utilities, affiliated transmission companies, and independent transmission companies have until November 30, 2009 to identify existing or new transmission infrastructure necessary to deliver the maximum and minimum wind energy production potential for each of the regions and to submit such information to the Board for its review. • Board may want to hold a meeting to review the transmission information • The Board dissolves on January 13, 2010
