Problem Therearemore than 300M infrared PbS photodetectors in the World.Some of them are used as a sensors for the fire detecting and the control of the burning process in industrial boilers and other appliances. Existing detectors do not meet the requirements of stability, reliability. The unreliability of the sensors leads to losses, accidents, and threat to people's lives. Same high quality detectors have a high cost.In the last 60 years more then 60 leading research centers are failed to create pure semiconductor based on PbS!!!

Solution We are the First in the World who developed the technological process for the ultra-pure CdPbSand PbS semiconductors fabrication, that allowsus to create the new types of photodetectors and improve: - Performance in 3-10 times, - Accuracy and reliability in 5-10-times, - Lifetime in 7-10 times By increasing Purity in 100 000 times !

  14. 1. Описание проблемы В Мире используется свыше 300М инфракрасных фотодетекторов PbS в качестве сенсоров для обнаружения очага пожара,контроля горелок в промышленных котлах и в других приборах. Существующие детекторы не отвечают требованиям стабильности, надежности, а это убытки, аварии, жизнь людей. Надежные детекторы дороги. Это обусловлено тем, что 60 центров работающих в Мире за 60 лет не сумели создать сульфид свинца полупроводникового качества.
