  2. 1 Step 1: Register for Cisco.com We’ve made registering for Cisco.com easier! If you do not have a Cisco.com user ID and password, click the link below to register… www.cisco.com/go/cpp/registerand select “I do not have a Cisco user ID.”

  3. 2 Step Two: Managed Services Channel Program Registration • After you have completed your Cisco.com registration • Or if you have a CCO id and password but haven’t joined the Cisco MSCP yet: • Go to http://tools.cisco.com/RPF/profile/profile_management.do?app_id=CPN and click on “Additional Access” in the blue bar. Provide the necessary details and submit the information • When prompted for your Registration Key use: • AT&T (US, EMEA, Asia/Pac, Japan & Canada): 83298204 • AT&T (Latin America):             63739164 • Complete registration. Instructions will be sent to you via email, click on the link within the email. • Your account will be activated, and you will see a "Successful Registration" message.

  4. 3 Step 3: Activating the Partner Level Access • To obtain Partner level Access go to: http://tools.cisco.com/WWChannels/GETLOG/login.do • Use your Cisco.com id and password and follow the screens. • Select “log in to Partner Self Service” • Click on “Associate myself with a Company” • Search for your Company by Country • Company Name: AT&T Click “NEXT” • Select your companyChoose: AT&TClick “NEXT” • Choose your locationChoose your location from the drop-down window. If you cannot see your office in the list please select the nearest location. Click “NEXT” and submit Request page. • Please review profile to ensure all information has been entered correctly. If your profile needs to be updated, click on “Edit” at the top of the profile listing to update. Then click “Submit”. • An email will go automatically to the AT&T Cisco Partner Administrators.  You will receive a response of approval for Partner Level Access within 48 hours.

  5. 4 Step 4: Associate your Cisco.com ID to your service contracts for Commerce Tool Access • In your browser, type http://www.cisco.com . Select Log In in the upper right corner • Use your Cisco.com ID and password and follow the screens • Select “Profile” • Click on “Additional Access” • Under “Obtain Additional Access” click “Obtain access to additional service contracts” • Under “Request to Insert Service Contracts”, enter support contracts number(s) • The generic contract number we use for CCO is: SP Base: 2912643 • Click Submit • An email will go automatically to the Cisco Partner Customer Service .  You will receive a response of approval for Commerce Tool Access within 48 hours. • If you have any difficulty completing this registration process, please open a support case at http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/687/Directory/DirTAC.shtml
