GET READY TO KICK START YOUR DREAM GOAL Our mission is to be a catalyst, in bringing a change to football education & vision is to create an educated race of football players by consulting, scouting and mentoring. Established in 2011 by Eric Benny, Eric Benny Sports Management (EBSM) is a multi-national organization having its offices in India, Germany and France. Eric Benny, the founder and CEO has managed the Indian National Team at the highest level in Asia for Asian Games 2010, Guangzhou. By starting a Youth Players club in 2011 known as Indian Arrows, his contribution towards development of football players in India is noteworthy. Focusing on Youth Football development, EBSM from 2015 – 2017 got the privilege to support and train the Indian Under -17 World Cup team in Europe. Players that have been mentored by Eric Benny Sports Management are successfully playing for the Indian National Team, Indian Super League (ISL) and European Clubs.

2. SCOUTING Our scouting process happens once a year by UEFA Certified coaches at our football academies. Shortlisted students will be given an opportunity to be trained and mentored at our European centres of expertise for a short-term program in FC Metz, France or Deutsches Fussball Internat (DFI), Germany. Selected students from this short-term program will then have an opportunity to be mentored at FC Metz, France or Deutsches Fussball Internat (DFI), Germany for a long-term program. Those who have not qualified for our short-term or long-term programs will be trained at our academies and will get an opportunity to get scouted for our next season.

3. MENTORING The right mentoring programs have been known to help young student-athletes’ mature at both mental as well as physical level. This maturity certainly changes the way the student-athletes’ approach their work, their attitude and mannerisms they adopt to in their life. We at Eric Benny Sports Management (EBSM) assure that student-athletes’ not only learn the best football practices but will also learn what it takes to be the best in the crowd. We mentor every student-athlete enrolled with us to work towards their unique goals with their strengths and help them eliminate their areas of weaknesses.

CONSULTING Eric Benny Sports Management (EBSM) provides a professional and inclusive football consultancy service customized to student-athletes across continents of Europe, Asia, Australia and North & South America. We offer the best football education, knowledge and global reach & exposure to student- athletes’ and coaches Our consultants help analyse the student- athletes’ football performance and guide them to play with their strengths.
