Eric Benny Sports Management (EBSM) aims to build an educated race of personalities by providing young Indian footballers with international, cultural exposure and experience in football training along with schooling with an intensive foreign language course. With this vision in mind EBSM built first of its kind international residential school in India u2013 Eric Benny Football School. It is located in a lush green 32 acre educational campus in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Surrounded by rich flora and fauna EBFS believes in a learning environment inspired by nature. Our school is easily accessible by road, rail and air from different parts of the country and abroad.

Eric Benny, the founder and CEO has managed the Indian National Team at the highest level in Asia for Asian Games 2010, Guangzhou. By starting a Youth Players club in 2011 known as Indian Arrows, his contribution towards development of football players in India is noteworthy. Focusing on Youth Football development, EBSM from 2015 u2013 2017 got the privilege to support and train the Indian Under -17 World Cup team in Europe. Players that have been mentored by Eric Benny Sports Management are successfully playing for the Indian National Team, Indian Super League (ISL) and European Clubs.
