  5. Atoll Hospital • All cases from Health centres referred here. • Some specialists • Some investigative facilities • Refer cases to Regional hospital.

  6. Regional Hospital • All specialists available • More investigative facilities • Refer cases to IGMH

  7. IGMH • Highet referral centre in Maldives • All specialist and some super specialist available • Refer cases to India/Lanka !

  10. Job station • Expected to be available round the clock • Keep mobile phone switched on at all times • May leave the island with prior permission of the management.

  11. Attendance • Must sign in attendance register • Permitted to sign 30 minutes in advance of shift start • Salary will be cut for late reporting • Correct time must be entered • Office staff responsibility ! • Break – 1 hour • Out of Station –register • Un reported absence – smoking /phone

  12. Shifts • 3 shifts • First – 8am to 4pm (official hours/ Sun-Thu) • Second – 4pm to 12am • Third – 12am to 8am • Observe the red color !!! • Register in the counter • 40 hours a week / 48 hours a week

  14. Discipline, Decency, Decorum • Treat others as you would want them to treat you. • All are trained professionals • No back biting • Take it to your superior • Don’t let personal conflicts come in the way of professional dealings.

  30. Sick leave • 1 day • 2 hours prior to shift start • Doctors - MOIC/Counter • Nurses –shift I/C / Nurses I/C • Paramedical – I/C / Counter
