  3. Essay A • Essay A • ‘Red Sky in the Morning, by Elizabeth laird, shows how the main character, Anna, matures over the course of three years.’ • You are going to write about this journey, focussing on various aspects of Anna’s life.

  4. Essay B • Show how the author of Red Sky in the Morning helps the reader understand the main themes of the novel. • Themes will include: Ben’s disability and the impact that has on the lives around him and how much Anna matures throughout the novel.
