  1. What is the GPS Surveying and it’s Methods?

  2. GPS Surveying is a method of measuring a Particular Land area with the help of Digital Data Collecting Equipment from a Group of Satellites. • GPS (Global Positioning System) plays an Important Role in Land Surveying Equipment to get accurate Measurement from a particular Height, Location and Distance Quickly. It just needs a Clear sky to get the signals from a group of satellites that provides High-level Combined Accuracy results from once place which is far better than Manual Equipment and techniques. With daily new innovation in Land Surveying Industries, it’s better to hire it from Authentic GPS Providers in UAE instead of buying it. • Different types of GPS land survey equipment are used to get different measurements; there are three popular methods of GPS measurement used by most of the surveyors:

  3. Static GPS Baseline: • This technique is used to get the proper coordinates for survey points by concurrently recording GPS Observations from both known and unknown points for a minimum of 20 minutes. After that data will be processed to get the 5 mm accuracy coordinates.

  4. RTK Observations • In the Real-Time Kinematic method there are using two different receivers, one of them remains the same at one location while another is moving between two different points. By using a Radio link the positions of the rover station can be calculated within a few seconds. Just make sure the level of accuracy baseline measurements as long as they are within 10km of the base station.

  5. CORS Method • In this method, a single GPS Receiver is permanently installed at a fixed location as a starting point for any GPS Measurement in that Area. GPS Equipment collecting all the field data and combine it with Continuously Operating Reference Stations to get the exact calculates positions.
