Phase 1: Initial Assessment • Current & Future State of Dining Services • Current services, capacity, locations, etc. • Retail, catering, vending • Data Collection • Financial Data, Transactions, etc. • Eight Focus Groups 4 student groups; 4 faculty/staff groups • Meetings with individual departments

Phase 2: Master Plan for Dining Services • Existing Conditions • Market Research • Campus-Wide Survey • Address Current & Future Growth • Operations • Locations, including facility changes & improvements • Financial Models • Menus, concepts • Alternative Management Models • Meal Plans • Connection to Master Plan & Strategic Plan

  6. Phase 3: RFP Process • Informed by Phase 1 & Phase 2 • Evaluations, Site Visits, Interviews • Campus-Wide Committee • New Dining Services Contract • Summer 2013
