Personal Service Release • Personal Service Registration • SMT Host will perform Registration / User Management through one-on-one REP interactions, in order to ease initial sign-up to the portal. • REP registration • REP will provide Company information and list of Users (max 25) via SMT REP registration spreadsheet • Host will establish REP Entity and act as Admin (REP will receive email addressed to Entity but not Admins) • Host will register each REP User • TDSP registration – process will be similar to REP • Host will perform admin functions on behalf of REP & TDSP, including • Edit Company Profile • Suspend/Reinstate/Revoke Users • Add / Remove DUNS (REP only) • Remove for Dispute (TDSP only) • Residential and Non-Residential will utilize self-service registration (1 user per account) • REPs will receive a registration packet including SMT information, contact information, FAQs, T&Cs, etc

Personal Service Release • Registered Accounts will have full access to SMT Functions, by Role • Manage Personal Account Profile • Add / Remove ESI IDs • View Meter Lists • Retrieve Interval Usage Reports • Retrieve Daily Meter Read Reports • Print & Export Reports • Add / Remove HAN Devices • View HAN Device Status, Details & History • Retrieve HAN Device Message Log • Execute API & FTP Interfaces • Extract of LSE files from SMT FTP site • Request for Ad-hoc usage via web service calls • Extract of LSE/CSV Ad-hoc usage response files • Add / Remove HAN Devices • HAN Messaging

My Account – Company Profile & Security Changes • REPs will designate up to 4 users as “admins” who will be the official contact points with the SMT Host • Requests for SMT Host action will be accepted only from the ‘designated’ Admins • In order to have an audit trail, requests will only be accepted via email • Requests will minimally be executed 4 times / day between 8AM – 8PM CST • Requests can be escalated by phone call but will not be executed without the written email request
