  7. Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment Example Goal: PUSD will embed appropriate technology to support collaborative, authentic student learning across all curricular areas. Rationale: Technology's integration throughout curriculum is paramount to preparing students for college and career. Two factors must be in place for true integration. First, teachers must be competent using new and emerging technologies and software; the second area of need is integration of appropriate technology aligned to curriculum, assessment, courses, interventions and extensions. We know that the tools we use impact what students use and therefore see this as an opportunity to modernize. 1.2.1 Objective: Embed Technology Embed appropriate technology into K-12 curriculum. 1.2.1.1 Evaluation Criteria All District Curriculum Frameworks will include identified technology integration and best practice.
