  2. Why is IPCC organizing training days? • IPCC has decided to organize training days during the year for all affiliates Because: • Many training demands are received during the year (they were usually treated case by case) • IPCC keeps improving tools to deliver the best services but needs to keep clients updated • IPCC wants to increase training quality by setting up a new organization (one place, one responsible, same level of training for all countries, save training data…)

  3. What are training days? • 4 sessions fixed: • June (5th to 8th) • September • November • February • Each session runs on a whole week. • 4 main topics suggested by IPCC. • Practical exercises and best practices • Dates and training courses will be customized according to the feedbacks given by affiliates participating to the session -> Mailing for an online registration will be sent before each session

  4. Who can participate? • All users • contributors • agencies • To participate: -> Just need to register online (to be available soon) • Responsible for trainings information, organization (main contact): Youko Hamming • Supervisor: Garrett Dalton • Trainers: Youko Hamming & for specific courses PMs

  5. Why should your teams participate? • To save time spent on operational work when using the platform. • To make operational work easy and not stressing resulting in a better transmission of knowledge. • To increase theirawareness of these powerful tools (usually use only half of their possibilities) • To build stronger connections between your teams and IPCC (customer support, web consultant…) • To promote IPCC tools (chosen and validated by web experts) • Occasion for your teams to come and visit us in Paris

  7. Why wouldn’t your teams participate? • Costs to much, no budget-> See with Garrett • No time, work overload-> Customized planning, saving time on long term • Don’t have anyone responsible for web activities-> Occasion to train someone • Teams are already trained and efficient.-> Possibility of doing advanced courses, tips and tricks
