  2. Identify your core values. If you could do one thing in life, what would it be?

  3. If you only had 6 months left to live, what would you do with your time? What if it were 6 weeks? 6 days?

  4. When you are the most talented and skilled and knowledgeable, you must be the most focused and intentional about simplifying your life.

  5. WHAT ARE YOUR CORE VALUES? • Never more than 3-5… • What do you stand for? • What would others say about that?

  6. Your values are ALMOST ALWAYS expressed in your actions and when you are under stress. What gives you the most joy? Very often this is the indicator of what you should be doing today.

  7. OUR BIGGEST OBSTACLE IS FEAR • 99% OF FEARS NEVER COME TRUE.

  8. QUESTION: What would you do in life if you had no fear of failure? Guaranteed to have success?

  10. MOST RELIGIONS TALK ABOUT HAVING PEACE OF MIND… BUT TOO MANY PEOPLE LIVE ON “SOMEDAY ISLAND” SOMEDAY, IWILL ____________?

  11. EXCUSITIS- I would like to, but!!!!! The word “but” is the GREAT ERASER!!! GET UP, GET OUT AND GET OFF YOUR “BUTS” 

  13. Financial • Health • Relationships

  14. Stay focused ON THESE AREAS AND LIFE WILL BE MUCH, MUCH SIMPLER

  15. “I DON’T HAVE TIME TO STOP” … THAT IS THE TIME TO SLAM ON THE BRAKES AND RE-THINK THINGS.

  23. ALL SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE THINK ON PAPER.

  24. LAW OF FORCED EFFICIENCY If overwhelmed by work, this will force us to do the most important things involved.

  25. SET PRIORITIES BASED ON THE • A-B-C-D-E METHOD • A- Most important and critical things that HAVE TO BE DONE BY ME. MAJOR CONSEQUENCES IF NOT DONE.

  26. B- Less critical items SHOULD DO… MILD CONSEQUENCES IF NOT DONE. • C- Nice to do, but have no consequences either way.

  27. D- Delegate the things that need to be done but not by you • E- Eliminate the things that do not need to be done

  28. YOU CAN ONLY SIMPLIFY YOUR LIFE TO THE DEGREE THAT YOU STOP DOING THINGS.

  29. MUST ASK: WHAT ARE THE THINGS WE CAN STOP DOING ALTOGETHER?

  30. ANOTHER STEP TO SIMPLIFYING OUR LIVES- SINGLE HANDLING

  31. PAPER RULE- TRAF WITH MAIL OR ANY TYPE OF PAPER T- Toss in trash basket R-Refer it to someone A- Act on it F- File- 80% of things that get filed are never used. WHEN IN DOUBT, THROW IT OUT!!!
