AIRPORT ARRIVALS AND MEET & GREET Our Rosie Airport Lounge provides 24 hour Meet & Greet services off all international flights at Nadi International Airport Our friendly and helpful Hostesses wear distinctive floral uniforms whilst displaying prominent signs bearing Group’s name and branding, before directing them to our Airport Lounge at the Nadi International Airport concourse. Clients are briefed and then shown to transport for the hotel. Our staff will reconfirm clients’ onward services and will also help with general information, and any other assistance required. They will also assist with lost luggage, sickness, amended flights, etc., as well as on-the-spot changes with regards to hotels or other services

EXPRESS CUSTOMS CLEARANCE Rosie Holidays with Airports Fiji Limited has a meet and greet guest service based at Nadi Airport that meets and greets passengers outside the planes and escorts these guests through to their transfers. This is also a fast track service where everything is done for the guest from immigration to the collection of their bags, X-ray of items and customs clearance. The same is accorded to guests departing Nadi Airport and they are escorted to the plane the same way they were escorted upon arrival. VIP Express Airport Arrival Clearance At flight arrivals, the Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be stationed at the aerobridge whilst waiting for the VVIP passenger to disembark. In the absence of a photograph or identification of the passenger, the PRO will then liase with the flight purser for notification and identification of the passenger i.e. The passenger seat number and name. The VVIP passenger will be escorted through immigration and baggage hall, where the AFL baggage handlers will assist in identifying his/her luggage and loading of luggage will be carried out by the baggage handlers. The VVIP passenger will be escorted through biosecurity and customs to the arrivals public area. At the arrivals public area, the VVIP passenger will then be officially handed over to their ground agents or transfer driver. Group Facilitation Airports Fiji Limited also caters and facilitates requests for group speedy clearance. The same processes are carried out similar to the individual VVIP except for the following;  Group arrivals procedures: PROs are stationed at the aerobridge awaiting disembarking group. Group is then welcomed and briefed before proceeding to immigration Dedicated counters are allocated for group check-in with immigration Bags are identified and removed from the carousel by the baggage handlers Trolleys provided and clearance through dedicated bio-security machine for group members.
