  8. Central Initial Issue Point (CIIP) TRADOC has granted permission to add JROTC Programs to the free issue of clothing bag items available from the Central Initial Issue Points (CIIP's). Items available are OCP ACUs and ASUs. CIIPs =Fort Benning, GA; Fort Jackson, SC; Fort Leonard Wood, MO; & Fort Sill, OK. • PE to fill out sample documents and knowledge of the routing for approval & issue processes.

FEDMALL • Process MRA ( Materiel release authorization) • Select Tools, then ” receive orders/requisition(MRA search)” • Enter DODAAC • Change the from date to a date prior to your requisition that you want to check. • Select search • Find document number and check the block on left • Verify quantity received • Select “edit selected records” at the top of the screen • In new pop up block, review date received and then select final indicator and then select submit.

Closing Comments • Supply AIT MOSs classes are 9 weeks, JROTC Supply Course is 40 hours • Workshop logistics classes are mandated by each Brigade/DAI • SMEs must inquire about topics to teach/ how much time is allotted? • Customized topics/classes that are tailored to brigade’s needs (Basic/Advanced JUMS; why not Basic/Advanced Logistics training?) • Anticipate from classes running 90 minutes to two hours • Hands on, PEs • Offer Breakout evening classes • Post Best Practices “I hear and forget, I see and remember, I do and I understand” Confucius
