  4. CEDAW recognises the importance of women, on equal terms with men, participating in ‘non-governmental organisations and associations concerned with the public and political life of the country’. 

  5. ASX500 ROI over three years 6.7% higher in companies with women directors, over five years 8.7% higher • McKinsey 2007 study correlated 3 or more women in senior management with stronger performance across 9 organisational measures and across economic indicators
