  4. Welcome to Convergence Retreat Welcome to the arena of convergence. We are here to take a flight to converge personal aspirations and organizational results. We are here to venture into self-examination for greater convergence between how we teach and how participants learn.

  5. Apreciation Onwards We are here to strengthen bonds with others having similar roles for collective convergence. We are here to perform, to talk, to share, to unfold, to discover, to inquire, to surge, to react, to provoke, to criticize. We are here to seek light and radiate light.

  8. Workshop Vision Statement UMT is engaged in processing of knowledge to increase learning. The operations of UMT critically depends upon the strategic base of Resource Persons. Their learning ultimately determines the success of UMT. Thus optimum learning opportunities should be made available to Resource Persons.
