Finance MBA Development ProgramPurpose • A key entry point for the hiring and developing future executives at Chevron • The program was started in 1946 and has a long and successful track record • Alumni of the Finance MBA program have routinely become senior-level executives, including: CEO Vice Chairman CFO Treasurer Comptroller Executive Vice President Head of M&A Investor Relations Manager VP of Strategy & Planning VP of Policy, Government and Public Affairs Operating Company Presidents VP of Finance for major operating companies • Focus is in finance, but program feeds all areas of the corporation. • 150 former program members are currently with Chevron

  16. Finance MBA Development ProgramInterns and Full-Time Internships • Assignments located in the Bay Area • Duration of 10 to 12 weeks • Assignments basically one-half of a full-time rotation. Full-time • Assignments located in Bay Area, Houston, Coral Gables and overseas • Duration of 2 years, structured as 4 x 6-month rotations • Assignments based on interests, development and business needs • Guidance and support provided by Program Manager along with counsel from Alumni Network • Focus area is primarily finance but other functions areimportant Current AssignmentsRecent Placements
