Radio • DAB (Digital Audio broadcasting) developments • Growth in number of radio stations Radio has obvious limitations compared to TV but does have a few distinct advantages • Broadcasting costs are much lower • 1 commentator • Basic technology needed • Radios are cheap, portable and easily accessible
