  3. Adjusting Audio • If you’re listening on your computer, adjust your volume using the speaker slider. • If you’re listening over the phone, click on phone headset. Do not listen on both computer and phone.

  12. 30 seconds (65 words) Use a copy of your original PowerPoint file with LecShare, then discard your original after successfully changing it to avoid confusion later. Always create a PPT file—do not use Office 2007 format. A work file is automatically created when you use LecShare to open the presentation. Leave this work file open while using LecShare. Leave it open. It will close automatically when you finish. 19 seconds (45 words) Use a copy of your original presentation in PPT format, then discard your original after successfully changing the copy to avoid confusion.
