  3. Retail General manager • The Retail general manager more responsibilities then any other employee. The General managers duties are to interview and hire new employees and to manage the smooth operation of the stores inventory. The general manager also has to find new ways to develop and line of successes.

  4. Education • Its not easy to become a retail job manager, there is a level of education needed to become one. A general manager has to have at least a high school diploma or GED

  5. How much money a General Manager makes. • A manager makes about $33150 - $51000 dollars a year. There are chances of getting bonuses around $1000 - $5000 a year. The profit has to be shared so the sharing is from $997 - $4718 dollars.The best thing about the general manager is that you can also make commissions. The commissions of a general manager is $2000 - $11000 dollars a year. Everything totals up to around $31000 - $52000 in total a year.
