  1. ORIGINE DU PROJET • Le Réseau Chantier Ecole Auvergne détecte un besoin d’emplois d’encadrants techniques d’insertion • La réforme de l’IAE appelle à une professionnalisation des acteurs (dynamique initiée dès 2007 (DDTE, CG)

Le Projet et l’intervention du Conseil Régional • Recrutement effectué par les structures employeurs, Pôle Emploi et les services d’orientation AFPA • Le Conseil Régional prend en charge la première partie du projet : • Un SAS de vérification et de confirmation des projets d’ETI • Et l’acquisition du premier niveau d’employabilité (1ere partie du titre ETI) • Cette formation a lieu du25 JUIN au 30 OCTOBRE 2009 • Cette phase se conclut par la signature des Contrats de Professionnalisation

RESULTATS • 8 contrats (1 dans 03, 3 dans 43, 4 dans 63) • Les employeurs : • Avenir, Etudes et Chantiers, Inserfac, Meygalit, Régies de Quartier du Puy et de Moulins, Les Ateliers La Bruyère • Les activités : • restauration patrimoine bâti et naturel, entretien des berges de rivières, rénovation d’habitats, garage social
