JROTC & Partnerships for All Students’ Success(PASS) • STRATEGY • Brigades provide oversight of available assets in support of PASS sites in their footprint • JROTC Units provide direct mentorship, support, and oversight their assigned middle school Junior Leadership Corps (JLC) units • DAIs provide coordination of available assets to support the program • SROTC Battalions can also provide various types of support • Maximize use of local Community Organizations for support (i.e. Rotary Clubs, American Legion, etc) States/Schools/Students
