Conclusions • Salaries can be determined in many ways depending on your scope of responsibility. • By using a combination of revenue and department size, your compensation range can be determined. • The majority of bonuses paid averaged between 3 and 6 percent of base compensation. • Salaries have been stable, but this year’s increase will be minimal. • Good people are hard to find and retain.
