THE LINK To reinforce the link between the prime street level at Leighton Road (community from all walks of life) and Po Leung Kuk headquarters premises level (a charity body of the community) To extend the street nature up along the episodic stair, which penetrates into the circulation space of the communal supporting facilities at podium level. Circulation staircase as spaces tonourish physical and visual interaction between people as well as between man and nature.
