  1. Appointment Form (1) Dept. chooses their top candidate and fills out appointment form. Sends to HR-Risk with application attached. H.R Receives Appointment Form. HR will check MQ’s and HR Director will sign off. Appproval Email. HR will email Dept. Admin of appointment form approval. Hiring Manager offers position to top candidate. (2) You will need to ask new hire questions before they start: Legal name, SSN, DOB, etc. New Hire Process Notify HR of New Hire Form (3) Before your new hire starts log onto the HR intranet to complete: http://cbj/div/HR/default.aspx FIRST DAY HR confirms employee has started working. MIS notifies Dept. Admin of Login & Email. Please make sure your employee checks- in within 3 days of starting. APRROVED HR approves new hire intranet form prior to employee starting. MIS will start to create a Lawson login and/or ESS. H.R/MIS recieves New Hire info H.R compares with appointment form. HR will make any necessary changes.
