  1. TTM Basic Users Guide For Using of TAF Test Manager (TTM)

  2. Preconditions: External Systems (done by Test Preconditions group) • Dossier in PCS existing • Dossier has the desired route for the test • All locations used on the route in PCS are existing in CRD • In the case of RU process testing: • Dossier is in the phase Harmonization • In the case of IM process testing: • Dossier is in the phase Path Request or Path Elaboration • Connections in CI are configured • RUs and IMs participating in the tests are existing in CRD • The company codes according to CRD are known • The Outbound and Inbound Message connectors contain the following Path Request related messages

  3. Preconditions: TTM (done by Cet4biz support) • Users for corresponding agencies with access to processes are created • Route for the test is added to the TTM database • Test partners and the messages are configured in TTM environment

  4. Step 1: Find the dossier in PCS • Use PCS TAF-TSI Test System: https://pcs-taftsitest1.rne.eu/ • Lookup for Ad-Hoc process type / Phase Harmonization • Note the PCS dossier ID, click on the dossier name link to get to the dossier details page

  5. Step 2: Check the process control in PCS • Note the phase

  6. Step 3: Login to TTM • https://til.rne.eu/taf-testmanager/

  7. Step 4: Go to processes in TTM • Choose the Processes

  8. Step 5: Go to “Deployed process definitions” in TTM • Choose the ”TP STPR Basic Scenario RU”

  9. Step 6: Start the Processes in TTM • The process diagram will show up. Click on “Start process” button.

  10. Step 7: Input the Identifiers • The process is started. It asks for Identifiers. Enter the Company codes. • Choose process step, depending on what do you want to test (3 for Acceptance indicators, 4 for Path Request) • Fill CR-ID Core with Dossier ID.

  11. Step 8: Check if the process is running correctly • Check “My Instances”. You will see the red line of the process thread. In the case we choose process step 3, we see that Path Coordination Message (PCM) has been executed. The process waits for your action – the system received Receipt Confirmation Message. It is time to check the identifiers.

  12. Step 9: Check CI Messaging • Enter CI and look for the Outbound connector message status in Dashboard. You will see if the message has reached CI and if it was correctly processed.

  13. Step 10: Check CI Logs • Check the CI Log. You can export any kind of Log fully. Look for XML logs for “outbound”.

  14. Step 11: Check CI Logs for message content • Check the CI Log. If the message was transmitted, the message content will be completely contained in the Log. You may copy it and use it for further development.

  15. Step 12: Check the identifiers, complete the task • Back to TTM. Go to Tasks. The system shows which identifiers were transmitted back from the system that received the TAF TSI message. You may complete the task by clicking the button “compete task”.

  16. Step 13: Check PCS • Check what happened to PCS. If the TAF message was received, the PCS will react with internal dossier processing and will ask you to update the dossier view. In this case we will see the acceptance indicator change (execution of “process step 3)

  17. Step 14: Check PCS • Check what happened to PCS. TAF message Path Coordination was received and acceptance indicator was changed to “green” (execution of “process step 3”).

  18. Summary • The process can be repeated for Path Request message (Process step 4) • The process “TP STPR Basic Process IM” can be executed for IM procedures: update of the timetables, change of acceptance indicators, sending offer through Path Details message.
