Objective and Applicability • Objective • To enable Sales Force mobility to enhance productivity by absorbing payouts employees incur to own the vehicle on instalments • Applicability • The policy is applicable to all sales employees upto the level of DSM’s in the following categories: • Own a bike / car • Paying EMI’s • Not paying EMI’s / completed the instalments • Intend to purchase

Company sponsored Bike / Car ownership - Key Features • Employees decides to own a bike / car • Employee picks up the down payment and Getit picks up the rest of the payment • The reimbursement is done by the company once every 6 months thereby ensuring retention of performing employees • Employee needs to be eligible as per the performance criteria (commission eligibility in 4 out of 6 months) • In case the employee performs consistently during a 12 months window, company picks up the down payment amount made by him as well • The total payout (bike) to an employee shall be the following: • The same payout to be continued in the next year if performance criteria is met • Employees at ASM/DSM level can opt for cars (higher EMI’s) • FSE’s opting for car ownership to get payouts based on their eligibility (bike only)

  5. Performance Criteria • For ASM/DSM’s • The average of the monthly performance of the team shall be considered for 6/12 month period • The minimum team size needs to be 4

  6. Additional Points • All Sales employees are eligible for the scheme by default • The 6 months window shall begin from the scheme launch date / joining date • The employees need to submit required documentation as soon as possible during the 6 months window • Scheme applicable only for completed 6 months window; any resignation / termination would to disallow employees from eligibility • The bike / car ownership needs to be in the name of Employee / First family members
