Conclusions • Majority of women engaged in rural agriculture activities & it was represented 65% out of 100 families • One of the major Agricultural activities which was include dry farming, women have played a major role with preparing land (82%), drilling(74%) & harvest (84%). • In wet farming uprooting paddy (90%), planting paddy(89%), filling the gaps (95%), uprooting weeds (93%) • Women were able to achieve specialization in a range of agricultural activities

Cond…… • Women have to play an extensive work lord with dual responsibility for agriculture & household activities • The modern rural women was able to make a great contribution for the agro-economic system in her family • Women had to face many obstacles in the agricultural field in her family specially with lack of the capital

  22. Recommendation • In Economic view • Provide training for organizing • Establish marketing linkage • Form the small group for collective efforts • Strengthening financial ability through revolving Loan system • Provide training for technology
