German Shepherds • Males: 70-100 lbs. • Females: 60-80 lbs. • Black and tan, blue, or white • Loyal, intelligent, noble • With proper training, good family pets • Healthy but could develop hip or elbow dysplasia, gastric dilatation, or degenerative myelopathy. • Great guide or guard dogs. • Heavy shedders so routine grooming
