  11. Processing Times • Processing takes a minimum of three weeks to process.  • Our peak processing seasons are between December and February and between June and July. • Some applications take significantly longer. Thời điểm bận rộn nhất trong năm của chúng tôi là từ tháng 12 đến tháng 2, và tháng 6 đến tháng 7.

  14. Partners We are working in a partnership with you Công việc của chúng ta cần sự phối hợp từ hai phía

  15. Some of our principles • If you help us, we will help you • When you put together a good application, it helps us to processing it quickly • If information is not given to us up front, it makes processing slower, as we have to write to you and request it • You need to substantiate your claims. For example – if you say that the student’s parents have assets, you must provide proof or evidence of that. If there is no proof, we cannot take it into consideration Nếu bạn không thể hiển thị cho chúng tôi bằng chứng về cái gì, sau đó chúng tôi không thể tin tưởng rằng nó. Đây là những quy tắc của chúng tôi rằng chúng tôi có tuân theo.

  16. Documents What do you think you should send?

  17. What we need • Personal identification documents • Evidence of prior employment and study • Details of any study plan or future intentions • Evidence of funds for the study

  18. Check • What are the four major areas you should cover in each application • Why do we ask for a study plan? • What are the MINIMUM requirements for funds in each application?

  19. What to do

  20. What to do • Make sure all requirements in the application are met • Make sure any documents you would like back are marked, and an extra copy provided for us to keep • When we write to you, respond quickly • Make sure all documents in Vietnamese are accompanied by an English translation from an independent and certified translation company

  21. Original documents • If you send them, send a copy as well • Send them in a separate envelope • Do not send piles of the same papers

  22. What not to do

  23. Helping each other • Most of the policy information you will need is on our website. Please look there before you call us • Constant requests for updates takes our time and energy away from getting the application finalised for you • Only have one point of contact. Other people contacting us for you gets confusing and leads to miscommunication • Please quote the application number if you contact us
