  2. Objetivos: Organizar el servicio con RR MM y Humanos. Adquirir experiencia a través de pasantías, congresos, jornadas y cursos para brindar calidad de atención al paciente trasplantado. Normatizar y protocolizar cada procedimiento en cada una de las etapas del TMO. Desarrollar capacitación continua en el servicio.

  3. UTMO Ubicación: 1º Piso, anexo al servicio de UCO y RCV. Cantidad:4 habitaciones Habitación:doble entrada, flujo de presión positiva más flujo laminar portátil. Población:pacientes derivados de hospitales integrantes de la red.

  4. Tipos de Trasplante: 1. Autòlogo‏ 2. Alogènico Dotación de Enfermería:2 enfermeros/as por turno de 6 hs, y 12 hs sábados, domingos y feriados.

  5. Formación del Personal de Enfermería: • Pasantìa: UTMO - CEMIC • I Curso de Capacitaciòn De Enfermerìa en TMO: Duraciòn: 4 meses Dirigido: al personal de Enfermerìa HEC Disertantes: enfermeros/as Fundaleu – CEMIC – Htal Rossi. Mèdicos Infectologìa – Hematologìa. Nutriciòn – Farmacèuticas - Psicologìa.

  6. Elaboración de: • Instructivos: normas de autocuidado para el pte. • Protocolos: CVC – QMT – TMO • Normativas: Actividades de Enfermerìa – Prevenciòn de infecciones. • Hojas de Registro: Hoja de ingreso(historia de Enfermerìa) – CSV – BH – seguimiento CVC
