  4. Account Management • 8 personnel comprising of Account Managers and • Executives • Department headed by a Client Services Director • Key role is to manage current client portfolio as well • as acquiring new business • Main liaison between Client and Agency

  5. Creative • Headed by an Executive Creative Director • 3 creative groups comprising of an art director and a copywriter. Their role is to conceptualize creative • work. • 2 visualizers to develop the creative concepts • The design, print production and studio • department is under the per view of the Executive • Creative Director

  6. Studio • Headed by a Studio Manager and 2 FA artist • Develop Final Artwork for all print work • Archiving masterfiles

  7. Print Production • Comprising a Production Manager • Main liaison with 3rd party suppliers • Responsible for negotiating all 3rd party • cost (excluding AV production) • Supervise all print production work in terms • of overall quality

  8. Graphic design • 2 graphic designers working closely with the Art Directors and Creative Director • Conceptualize and Visualize logos, • packaging and website

  9. Finance & Administration • Under the per view of the COO • Accountant and administrative clerk • Responsible for all financial and • administrative matters

  10. Media • Consisting of a Media Director and Planner • Main liaison with the media independent agency • All media requests will be channeled to the media department • Update Client and Agency personnel on all developments within the media scene • Negotiate contract rates on behalf of Clients • Conceptualize media ideas • Develop media proposals
