(same credentials as used for Registration part 2) 2

Registration Process – Part 1 1) The following URL will take you the entry page for Tivoli Early Programs. https://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/iwm/web/preLogin.do?lang=en_US&source=swerptiv 2) Once there, you will be required to create an IBM.com ID if you do not already have one. 3) After you have created your IBM.com ID, please login. 4) The next page will prompt you for an Entitlement or Access Key. Please enter the access key provided in the email. 3

Registration Process – Part 1 (continued) 5) You will be routed to accept the Early Programs license. 6) Upon accepting this license, you will be brought to the overview page of the TRIRIGA early program site. You will see four main links for Overview, Support, Download and Cloud. Please navigate to the Cloud tab. On the Cloud tab, you will find the required links to begin the process to access the IBM Early Programs Cloud. 4

Once on the Cloud page, step one provides the link to accept the license to access early release software on our network Accepting this license will notify me that you have accepted all of the required terms and I will send a follow-up email with your Early Programs Cloud Credential and your application user name and passwordthat will allow you to proceed to Part 2, download the Cisco AnyConnect client and connect through the EP Cloud Gateway to the hosted TRIRIGA image. 5

Registration Process – Part 2 To access the IBM TRIRIGA hosted beta instance, you will now need to use the EP Cloud credential to download and install the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client. 1) Please return to the IBM TRIRIGA Early Programs Website. NOTE: You must login using your IBM.com ID and credential that you created, not the EP cloud login. https://www14.software.ibm.com/iwm/web/cc/earlyprograms/tivoli/trireserve/index.shtml 2) Once there, please navigate to the cloud tab:

  7. Registration Process – Part 2 (continued) • 4) Please select SWG_EP_Cloud as the group. Username will be your internet id and the Password is the credential provided in the second email from the beta manager. • 5) Successful login will attempt to do a browser based installation of the VPN client. Should the download/installation fail, you should be provide a link to manually download the installer. • 6) After successful installation of the VPN client, please try to connect. If the Connect To: is empty, please enter this value: asa003b.centers.ihost.com • 7) Upon successful connection, you should be able to access the beta system at: http://129.40.56.188/tririga/index.html • Step 2 on the cloud tab has the link to download the VPN client. Selecting it will take you to the remote access login page

  8. Registration Process – Part 3 Setting up the VPN client to access the beta network 1. On your mobile device go to the Google Play store and search for the "Cisco AnyConnect ICS+“ VPN client application developed by Cisco. There may be several versions. Choose one. Download and install this application to your device. 8

Once the VPN client is installed, launch the application and add a new connection called "IBM Beta". Use a server address of 32.97.185.16 as shown in this screenshot: Click Done to save the connection. 3. Select the IBM Beta connection to begin the connection process. The first time you attempt to connect to the IBM Beta connection you may receive a prompt for an "Untrusted VPN Server". To resolve this you must click the "Change Settings" button in the bottom right corner of the VPN application. Scroll down to the Advanced Settings and de-select the "Block Untrusted Servers“ entry. 9

Return to the main AnyConnect screen and select the IBM Beta connection again and choose to Continue when presented with the warning about the Untrusted Certificate. Provide the credentials for the VPN gateway using the username (your email address) and credential (password) that you received in the second email from the Beta Manager.These are the same as what you used in Part 2 of the registration. Also, change the value for the “Group” from “BMC” to "SWG_EP_Cloud" using the dropdown choice box. Once properly configured your connection prompt should look similar to the screenshot. Once connected you must click "Accept" in the VPN banner and then select the check box for "I trust this application". Click OK to complete the VPN connection process. 10

Registration Process – Part 3 (continued) Installing the work management application Now that your device can access the IBM VPN via the Cisco Anyconnect VPN client, you can open the browser on your device and access the Worklight Application Center to download and install the work management application. 1. In the browser of your mobile device, enter the following URL: http://129.40.56.188/appcenterconsole 2. Sign in as appcenteradmin/admin 3. Select TRIRIGA WorkTask 4. Scroll down to the bottom to Application file 5. Tap on WorkTaskManagement-7.5.1.apk beside the word “current” to start the download. It should be highlighted in blue text. If you are unsuccessful in the download you may need to go in to your application settings and look for something that says “Install Unknown sources“. It may also be in your security settings. If you turn that on and you still can’t download and you are using the default browser for your device. Please install Chrome or FireFox and use that browser. This has resolved the issue for others. 11

Click on open to open the application. Later you will find the WorkTask application listed with your other app’s 7. Login to the application using the username / password provided by the Beta Manager. 12
