Guidelines for Operation • The School Head shall be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of EBEIS to support reporting and decision-making at the school level • He/she further ensures that data submitted and maintained in the EBEIS is accurate and timely. • The School Head shall designate a School EBEIS Coordinator as a secondary focal person responsible for operating the EBEIS and timely submission of school statistics.

  4. School Level Module • The School EBEIS Coordinators shall have the following tasks and responsibilities: • Encode required data in the EBEIS in accordance with reporting requirements defined by the OPS and/or Region • Encode data in the EBEIS • Ensure the completeness and accuracy of school data in the system • Comply with system monitoring and evaluation requirements • Report system problems to EBEIS Help Desk within 24 hours at the time problem was encountered NEXT

  8. Guidelines for Operation • In the event that data submitted in the EBEIS is incorrect, the following procedures for correcting the data shall be followed: A. School Head has identified incorrect data • School Head informs the Division Planning Office and requests for authorization to correct data in the system • He/she may also request DPO to modify data • He/she signs the re-printed GESP/GSSP reflecting the corrected data

  9. Guidelines for Operation B. Division has identified incorrect data • Division Planning Office informs School Head • School Head changes data and re-submits online form and re-printed and signed GESP/GSSP to the DPO • DPO may correct data upon approval of School Head • School Head signs re-printed form reflecting the correct data NEXT
