C AIM C LEANER C OTTON I NITIATIVE • Concept: • Farmers are not getting adequate price for cotton due to Quality • Contamination of Leaf trash, Hair & dust is common due to wrong handling • during and after harvesting • To overcome these problems farmers will be educated for cleaner cotton picking • A kit will be provided to the cotton growers so that contamination can be • checked • Ginners can also offer better price for cleaner cotton
